OUTSTANDING!!! After 4 other attorneys, this man took on my extremely convoluted case, and did what attorneys are hired for! He even saw trouble coming from an “inside the system” opponent!! He endured it, not flinching once! He even took a fabricated, ruthless and completely unjustified mark against him from that insider, and still strived and continued for what was right! Result: Victorious! He knew what was in the best interest for everyone, and especially the child! And he knew how to navigate to get there! Trust in him! You will be hard pressed to find that elsewhere! Guaranteed! In addition, this man is also just flat out, a good person!!

We worked with Mitch and his legal assistant, Lauren, for a year and a half on a visitation and child support arrangement for my husband. We had consulted with a few lawyers, but what made this law firm stand out was this duo and the fact that this firm really did believe in and fight for father's rights. Lauren is highly knowledgeable, competent, professional, and responsive. This type of situation brings out every kind of emotion and she gracefully handled it all objectively. She is our go-to person for any question or issue and does an amazing job handling problems efficiently. Lauren has helped us through a lot of difficult moments and has also jumped through so many hoops to correct child support payment errors when our case transferred from Orange County to Seminole County by repeatedly contacting the county and state government as well as my husband's employer. She is great at follow-up and prompt when filing any documents. We could not have asked for anything more. Mitch is a straight-shooter and has excellent recall of facts, laws, and information. He will tell you what you need to hear and was always correct in our case. At the consultation, he told us we would likely be going to trial and gave us an estimated cost. Before each hearing, he predicted the outcome. 100% correct in every instance and proved how valuable his years and experience were. Mitch is blunt, but professional, which is what you want in a lawyer. He is a strong advocator and does not shy away from difficult conversations. We have great faith in this team and highly recommend them. I had a Dissolution of Marriage case opened against me in Florida, without the state having jurisdiction on either parties of the case. I have tried multiple times to find a law firm in Orlando, Florida area that would just be willing to dismiss the case but all suggested on fighting it over and over. I explained my situation, that jurisdiction remains in Washington State, and that there is no need to fight it. It seemed to me every other law firm had the same answer, simply because they had the same intentions. Take my money. After I gave in, I just said to myself the next law firm I call I am just going to contest the case with them, but Mr. Mitchell Krause was that light I needed. He was the first to suggest dismissing it and explained to me exactly what I was trying to explain to every damn other law firm in Orlando, Florida area. Very reasonable price just for dismissing the case, and it sure enough got dismissed. Let along that went out of his way to find me a solid attorney in MY own state where jurisdiction remains, to start a case for Dissolution of Marriage. VERY helpful company, reasonable and responsive in all aspects. Price very content with it. Everyone was so quick to have me pay the full price of a divorce JUST to dismiss it but now Mr. Krause. Let me start by saying Robert Fisher is one of the best at what he does. I went to court with him representing me, and I was in court for no more then 30 minutes when he got my case dismissed. He personally communicated with me to discuss my case before court and kept me informed on everything he would be doing prior to my court date. He was very professional and on time and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in search of an attorney anywhere in Florida.

Mitch is truly one of a kind! His defense and intelligence is amazing. Did a great job on many issues on both divorce and criminal case. Has an outstanding way to bring to light the truth in a very difficult children custody divorce. I could not be a happier father to 4 little children. Made a huge difference in their future and mine. I want to give a big shout out to Bob and his assistant Beth. We were in Orlando/Disney for a vacation and ran into an issue that needed help and advice. Beth was super nice and was able to get ahold of Bob just a bit more than a day before Christmas. Bob jumped right on our issue and helped solve it within 12 hours. I've always appreciated a lawyer that works with their clients directly in all matters. Abigail does this with flying colors! She even went as far to send me official government files after hours, when I needed them in a pinch. If you are a property manager or owner, Abigail has years of experience in property law, tenant/landlord law, lease agreements, evictions, etc. If I could give 6 stars I would!
