Hired him for one case with excellent results. Detail oriented, responsive, professional just a bit too expensive for me and would have hired him again if I could have afforded it. Likes to stick to what his goal is for you so you need to be willing to bend a bit to do it this way sometimes but effective when you do.

In an eviction, you do not know if your attorney did a good job till it's too late -- when you are standing there with the sheriff and the tenants. If the paperwork is done wrong, you may have to start over. Abigail was referred to me by the attorney who handles my closing. First and foremost, she is an excellent communicator. Before I hired her, she gave me a very clear picture of what she would do, what to expect and what it would cost. Throughout the eviction she gave me clear, timely, updates, by e-mail. The Sheriff's deputy told me that the paperwork was correct and I would have no ugly surprises from the tenants. Abigail made an unpleasant situation as stress-less and efficient as possible.
