Only one star because that's my only choice , they racked alot of medical bills then dropped my case on my last day of therapy, then telling me it's not on them after two broken ribs and alot of out of pocket money, never use them

DO NOT DO IT, keep looking... anyone else will do a better job than these people. You can tell it starts at the top, everyone there is unresponsive. Had to initiate every conversation, and badger the support staff for updates and push the attorneys. Had to hound them every step of the way. Then it took almost 60days for them to "process our settlement check" after the defendant paid.

After giving up on a previous local attorney I met Jim and I am thankful every day for this. Jim and his associates were some of the nicest, most knowledgeable people I have met. Jim was honest with me about my expectations. Without him I would have probably been left with nothing but he not only got me a fair settlement he also made sure I was taken care of.
