Wonderful people; knowledgeable attorney (Jim Holliday). But, communication is difficult. Didn’t get prompt responses to questions. However, overall the professional performance was very good.

My experience started of smooth but then the process became prolonged for 17 months. I never got calls to advise of status on things, I always had to call to ask aboit my case. Overall I was very unhappy with the experience and outcomes of my case. Also be sure to read all fine prints before signing anything because i guarantee, you if you dont they will get ya!! most of the outcomes of the case goes to them. And you who has endured the pain suffering and time, is left with nothing!! I had to unfortunately learn things the hard way. I will never do buisness with this firm ever again.

I'm guessing that this firm doesn't want my business. I have been trying to get an appointment with anyone there, even if it's just a paralegal. But, no one is returning my phone calls for a $2 Million case. I guess that they only take cases that are worth over $5 Million. Just so you know, karma is a stern taskmaster...!!!
