I highly recommend Attorney Nickolaou and his team without hesitation. Attorney Nickolaou took a personal approach to my case, did not sugar coat anything, and gave me real expectations which he worked at to exceed. Excellent Firm! Communication is very important specially while working in a case, I really like the level of communication in this firm. Even Ms. Ophelia answered directly my questions to keep me up to speed in my case, and explained all the steps in the process. This is my 4th separate attorney for a child custody case that keeps coming back. I was represented my Ophelia Bernal-Mora. For the first time, I walked away from a mediation feeling like I was represented by someone who clearly had my interests first. She is extremely knowledgeable and when there is another modification filed in my case and I have no doubt there will be, she will be the attorney I go to. She is extremely up to date on case law and doesn't nickle and dime her clients. Anyone who has had an attorney who does knows what a benefit that is. I can not thank her enough! There are not enough words to describe the work Andrew did for me! I WILL ETERNALLY BE GRATEFUL for the precise and over the top work him and his team performed. Andrew was the third (3rd) lawyer in my case, which was extended for years due to incompetent lawyers on both ends (my ex-wife and mine). If your taking time to read this review.....Please understand I do not write reviews. However, this is one I must sit down and write. After hiring another attorney, wasting a year, and spending $6000, I got nowhere in my custody battle. Thanks to the referral of a friend I hired Andrew Nickolaou. I contacted the firm over the weekend and within just a few minutes he responded. He took time to discuss with me in detail my case and answer all of my questions. He put my minds at ease with one conversation. I spoke with him several times before retaining him due to the situation with my prior attorney. He was not pushy or in a rush to get me off of the phone. He truly listened to everything I had to say, all my worries, and all of my concerns. He knew exactly what to do to get the case moving forward and not waste anymore of my time. I was able to speak with him directly by email anytime I had a question or needed anything. He made sure the documentation was filed in a timely fashion. The opposing party never filed any paperwork. The other party was noncompliant from the beginning. He was even trying to get out of paying me the correct amount of support. Mrs. Bernal-Mora made sure my son was given the correct amount of support. Mr. Nickolaou and Mrs. Bernal-Mora were able to get me the resolution I needed for my son. I wish I would have hired them from the begining, however, I am so thankful for the referral. They turned this nightmare into a learning and growing experience. My son and I could never say thank you enough or tell you how much we truly appreaciate your team. After my first attorney missed some deadlines, I hired Andrew in a bitter custody dispute. He has been beyond amazing! He’s not only knowledgeable and respectable in both appearance and manners, but is down to earth and really gets to know his clients and the issues. Most importantly, he’s honest and gives his honest advice. He was able to help negotiate a settlement in a case where nothing has ever been settled, ever, in over a decade. I’ve had minor issues post settlement with things such as nonpayment of child support and his firm has been right on top of everything each step of the way. I can not recommend him and the firm enough!

I worked with Ophelia for my divorce. She did exactly as I asked and had great insights and advice when I requested. So responsive that I felt like I was her only client! I recently needed her again for advice 5 years later and she picked right up where we left off with same great service and responsiveness. No long, drawn out consultations to run up the meter, just great advice and execution! Don’t bother with anyone else.
