I highly recommend this office and law firm. I was in a car accident two summers ago where a car continued driving while I was at a stop. All I knew is that my car was damaged, I didn't feel well, and that I needed assistance to make it right. Whether it was finding medical offices whose schedules worked with my work schedule, being flexible with communication, willing to meet me outside normal office hours and by my place residence, and answering my hundreds of questions, they were always willing to go the extra mile. They respect and understand that accidents are scary and it's very difficult to add appointments to one's already busy life, and will work with you to make sure everything is easy as possible. I am very pleased with the result of their hard work and would recommend them to all others. I especially recommend Stephanie George as the paralegal and case manager, as she was the face of most communication and was always amazing. Stephanie George is AWESOME...!!!!!! She gave her all to help me, 100% above and beyond the call of duty. I initially spoke with Nick and was left with some disappointment because my case wasn't that strong and had some holes in it. They said they would review it and get back to me.. to my surprise they took on the challenge. Long story short... Stephanie and Nick are not only incredibly compassionate but incredibly intelligent human beings. To be completely honest I was never a big fan of lawyers but these two have my utmost respect. It's a comfort to know that there are still people like this in the world, especially in this day in age. It's not always about dollars and cents..... BUT, they did have a job to do and settled my case for double, DOUBLE what the insurance company wanted to settle for.... after all Nick is still an attorney, but with a heart. Nicholas LaFountain @ Malik Law is amazing! I was rear-ended last year and the insurance company of the guy who hit me was giving me problems with paying for the damage and medical bills. I hired Mr. LaFountain after being referred by a family member and I am happy I did. Mr. LaFountain and his Paralegal Stephenie George worked very hard for me. I don't know what they did but they sure got the insurance company to pay for my damages, medical bills and I received a nice settlement check. What really impressed me about Mr. LaFountain and Mrs. George is they made me feel like I was part of their family and constantly called to check-in with me to see how I was doing. I have never had a Attorney or Paralegal do that.
