Bernal-Mora & Nickolaou , This is an upstanding Law Firm. I've had the pleasure of working with Both Andrew, & Ophelia. During my recent family divorce, and child custody case, they worked as a team. (This is one professional team my Friend!) If you are looking for a Lawyer, and your reading my review, Please stop! You have found the legal team that will take your case, and make it personal...! I personally felt Ophelia, & Andrew both took my family's case and made it their case. I can truly testify that from the initial consultation, and all the way through my trial, they both were very passionate in the way the handled my family's Divorce. There were never any delays on our side in filing the paperwork with the courts system on my behalf. Ophelia, & Andrew both had several conversations with me during the divorce process, and always gave me the best legal advise At no point did I feel left out, or uninformed, on anything that was happening in my situation. (To me this was how an attorney should treat their client ) My case was unique, There was a child involved, and to make it worse, I was out of State. I had previously hired another local attorney that just charged me money, and did absolutely nothing after I had retained him. This was devastating! I'm not made of money, and that was almost everything I had. Me being out of state, and the First lawyer not taking my calls was terrifying to say least. There is paperwork that needs to be filed with the courts in a timely manner, and it was not getting taken care of.. I called 23 lawyers the day I finally found Bernal-Mora & Nickolaou. believe it or not, I reached Andrew after hours, and he answered the phone. That impressed me. He took the time to listen, answered my concerns the best way possible, and set a time for us to meet. That first consultation we had, that day changed my life, I finally found the right firm to take my case, and felt comfort in choosing them to do so. The professionalism, out standing! They honestly do make your case personal, and to tell the truth, Florida should rename Ophelia the terminator. Because my friend when she is against you, you will know it. During a time of uncertainty, being from out of State, and in need of a professional Lawyer to represent My family, I was truly blessed. Mr. Andrew Nickolaou was the second lawyer that I had retained for a family divorce matter. The laws between States, and having a new born involved was to say the least a complete nightmare. Mr Andrew Nickolaou, took my initial call after hours, he had the patients to hear me out, even though he had a prior engagement to attend, and truly gave me some professional guidance in the matter. I was out of State as I had mentioned, and was not familiar with Florida laws, so my situation was weighing heavy me. Andrew took the time to rearrange his schedule to meet with me. From the first time we meet all the way through trial, Andrew represented me as a total professional. He filed all the paperwork with the courts in a timely and professional matter, and never left me out of the process from day one! Being out of State, I never had to worry about my case as the updates were on point! If something new came up regarding the case, he would call /email with information, and professional guidance. I have never seen a lawyer show up to trial like Mr. Nickolaou. He was prepared, and ready to fight for the right things (my Family). He gave me what I paid him for. There was no standing around to looking for paperwork, everything was at his finger tips. He had my case on his mind from the start to the finish of the trial. I just finished a second round with this law firm and once again after court was over I was filled with gratitude for what they did for me. I feel so lucky to have found them. Their knowledge and professionalism always make the opposing attorney pale in comparison and I felt proud to be represented by them. Still I believe, the most important thing that impressed me and actually let me relax while waiting for a court, date was the fact that. “They get it”. You never walk away from a call and wonder if they understand what’s important to you or if they truly understand the whole picture. My ex was trying to play games and in. a matter of fact, professional demeanor was called out on them where his attorney tried sweeping it under the rug. I had went to so many attorneys you go in to talk rushed no compassion never would call you back when I walked into this office and met with Andrew he was so compassionate he sat with listen to everything he was so caring had an open email to email him anytime and would get back to me immediately would do phone conference dosen't sit on your file it was very family atmosphere and I loved the paralegal she is so awesome and did so much for me in helping fill out paperwork I didn't understand we became very good good friends this law firm is highly recommended
