I did not feel like another number, and instead treated with the highest respect and loyalty. The entire staff was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated being told upfront what could or could not get accomplished. If I had an emergency situation (weekends, nights, holidays), I always got a response to help me feel like I'm not alone, and an important client of the firm. At Cohen Battisti, the best interest of my kids and our health, were valued as equally important as that of their own family members. The firm did not have one attorney handling various types of laws, but had for each legal field, Attorneys and Paralegals, specifically specialized in the particular field. They were always available when needed, which prevented me going days feeling alone, lost, confused, and stressing about the unknown and/or when I would hear back. They went above and beyond to represent my legal needs, and truly cared about my outcomes, satisfaction, and well-being. These days, it is rare to find Law Firms with such passion, dedication, and strong desire to fight for their clients, in order to uphold justice. Harvey Cohen and his firm are very personable and reliable. The attorneys and staff are always available to speak with me in regards to my case. I even have the personal cell phone of the attorney in case I need to reach them after hours for an important question. I have had an employment law and currently have a family law case with them. Harvey and his staff are very professional and very knowledgeable. Harvey was very easy to deal with. Typically you meet with an attorney, he asks for a retainer and you never speak with them again. After that its assistants and parallegals. Harvey has always managed to take the time to speak to me or any of my referrals. I would recommend him to anyone.
