I have worked for this agency since 2004 when they were known as The Practice, Inc. I worked with them for 5 years as a temp. I never lacked work and they paid me very well. In 2009, I accepted a permanent position at a law firm that I had temped previously. When my boss retired, I elected to go back to temping. I called Northstar and surprisingly Jennifer remembered me. She had a position for me right away at a nice firm in Winter Park. I have been with Northstar for a few months now. This is the only agency I've had to work with as they have always had an assignment ready and available for me. Thank you Jennifer for all you do.

Jennifer is INCREDIBLE!!!! I lost my job due to the hurricane Maria, randomly Jennifer call an reached me out for a position that I didn't' qualify for and within 24 hours she had an interview set up for me. She ensured that I was prepared and that I had everything necessary submitted. She worked hard to ensure that I did not miss out on an opportunity and she did it all for someone who she had never met before in her life. I recommend her.

I loved working with Jennifer! I have always prided myself in the ability to find and hire good people, but for a while now I have not had any luck finding good candidates. Jennifer assessed our needs and culture and found the perfect fit - twice! She is good with her description of the candidates and open to feedback good or not so good. She is a pleasure to work with. Recently, I found myself in an unforeseen circumstance wherein I became unemployed after a relocation. I remembered how good Jennifer, from Northstar, was to me when I lost my job back in 2009, when the economy crashed. This time, (2017), I lost my job on a Wednesday and Jennifer had me at a new job assignment on that following Monday. Yes, thanks to Jennifer I was only out of work for two days! The following week she landed me an even better position. Today, that position, which is a well known defense firm, made me a permant offer of employment! Jennifer is quick, well-connected in the legal community and an effective communicator. Trust her to find you that great position you deserve!

For lack of a better word at the moment: WOW!! I had never even thought to try working through any job placement company. Although I already had what I thought was a great job offer, Jennifer got a hold of my resume and somehow, contacted me, and set me up with an exciting new interview the very next day. Although, I had already been offered a great position somewhere else, I decided to give it a shot. I moved back to Orlando after 28 years in Kansas City, MO.
