I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking for someone in their corner that knows what they are doing. I met Attorney Brandon Stewart, and from the first time, I spoke with him, I knew that he is passionate about what he does. Not to mention that he goes above and beyond to satisfy his client. It means a lot to me when I talk to him; he immediately refers to me by name (TJ). That is evident that I am not just a number. I met with various attorneys before meeting Mr. Stewart, and I knew that he was the one within 2 minutes of our conversation. I have been dealing with Chase for over three years, getting the runaround. There's only so much information that Google can provide until it's time to place the case in a qualified hand. One thing I do know is that Mr. Stewart has my back. Thanks again Mr. B. Stewart for an exceptional job. I am delighted to be working with you. My case is in the beginning stage. We had been struggling to make payments on a toxic asset that was draining our lives for years and was about to ruin us. We went to and consulted with 4 other law firm before finding Mr. Clark. All 4 firms were advising us on various ways they could approach our situation but all their plans would have left us with marginal or miserable relief. We spoke with Mr. Clark last and within 10 minutes of his evaluating our case , advised what out best course of action should be . We put a down payment on a credit card and let them do the rest. Within a years time we had accomplished a successful short sale and was granted a workout plan that has salvaged our lives. We cannot recommend this attorney highly enough. i would absolutely recommend Justin and his firm. He is an excellent attorney and a down to earth person! Thanks to him and his staff I can now live peacefully in my home and keep my kids in their school! I tried to do my own loan mod and found myself frustrated and lacked the time or energy to deal with the bank, this process is extremely stressful, frustrating and time consuming that requires someone qualified !! Please people, do not try to do it yourself! get someone skilled to do this for you!

My wife and I recently needed the help of an attorney to represent us, we decided to use Justin Clark and it was the best decision we could’ve made. We were in an escrow dispute over a deposit we put down on a Short Sale home, ultimately we decided to not move forward with the home and notified the seller’s agent of our wishes to have the deposit returned, these actions were all within our rights of the contract however the sellers decided to file for a dispute which would cause us to lose our deposit. Justin immediately took action and filed the proper appeal to FREC and the seller’s attorney. Justin’s experience, knowledge, and confidence led to a quick and decisive judgment in our favor which returned our deposit check to us within just a couple of weeks. Justin Clark and his staff are extremely well versed in real estate law and they exude a level of confidence and passion to defend their clients while maintaining professionalism and class. Ultimately Justin represents his clients as he probably would his own family—I don’t think there is much more you can ask for from an attorney.
