Very professional

The anxiety that comes as a result of legal issues, such as my divorce, can sometimes seem as if you are in it all alone. I researched, just as some of you might be, trying to find just the right law firm. I wanted to be listened to, know all my options and be assured that the firm I chose was REALLY on my side. From the time I first went to the Troum Law office in Maitland, I knew I was in good hands. Throughout the entire process of the divorce (which went MUCH faster than anticipated) I was made to feel as if I was the only client this firm was handling! It was amazing...their personal touch was over the top. Mr. Troum handled my case very professionally and the entire staff was extremely caring and ALWAYS there for me, no matter what I needed to know or ask. In fact, they encouraged it. If you want the attention that you know your case needs and the expertise to see it through, look no further. The Troum Law Firm is there for you; they were for me.

On 1-25-2017 I made an appointment to get legal counseling from Mr Troum at the cost of $100 dollars for orientation on modifying my visitation Rights on a 2 year old case that went to trial. Upon my arrival Mr Troum escorted My wife and myself to his conference room SUBSEQUENTLY and IMMEDIATELY Mr . Troum began IMPULSIVELY to elaborate on a long "UNCOMFORTABLE DISSERTATION "about "Client Privacy "because my New wife and I were together and she was a third party of Conflict . "What he was saying was True but the problem was in the manner he handled the situation wasn't PROFESSIONAL at all , something so trivial that could of been so simple as to politely address the situation about client privacy in a different manner ,prior to escorting us to his conference room he could not accomplish instead I was hammered for 10 min or perhaps longer about client privacy at which I felt Nauseou and dizzy . At that point I lost track as to why I was there ". Mr Troum stated that normally other attorney would of kick the person out. """ like he was using other Attotney as an excuse to camflouge what he would do and has done perhaps in the past himself to other prospectful clients My ethical advice is perhaps you should advice the person prior to entering the conference that you can't go in with a third party like my better half who is my right hand partner because of the best interests for client privilege sounds more professional than to hammer the person in a discourse of client privilege . As a father I went their for legal advice to see what can be done Mr Troum stated in that I was angry and in response I stated to him that he was confusing anger for my frustration two different things I felt Mr Troum was passing judgement based on his own actions . The only thing I learned as a buisness owner in Seminole county about this situation was that I wasn't going to weary my clients with crass and gibberish talk Anymore thank you !

I retained Mr. Troum to represent me in a divorce case. He was fair and honest from day one. Everything was laid out very clearly and with empathy for my situation. Though I didn't feel so good about myself, he encouraged me to keep my head up; at the same time he was honest and upfront regarding my case. Not only did he resolve my case in an extremely short time, but what was most impressive was his great legal advice (and knowledge) and his negotiating skills during the mediation process...which was a success. His staff is personable and are ALWAYS there when you need them. You will never have to "wonder" what is going on with your case; in fact, you are encouraged to ask about anything you don't understand. I would retain him again without hesitation. Mr. Troum is a superb attorney and is everything that most lawyers aren't....when you get him....you get the best! Thank you, thank you, thank you.....for caring and helping me to go forward in my life.

Mr. Mark Troum always keeps me grounded, on how the law works. Although at times I may feel like it's not fair, but he has a way of making you realize when your right your right but if your wrong then your wrong....and that's what makes him a great attorney. He also has a wonderful, loving team, starting from his paralegal Ms. Jill, and office manager Ms. Julie, absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Mr. Troum and his team to anyone who wants things to be done according to the law, and very professional.

I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Troum and his office staff. Going through a divorce is not easy. Mr. Troum was there to help guide me through every step of the process. This summer life threw me a curve ball and I needed to relocate with my daughter. Finding a lawyer to help me through this process was very overwhelming. Every lawyer I went to gave me different reasons why they could "win". Mark Troum was different. He was completely honest up front. He laid out the facts and made me feel comfortable about making such a big decision. He didn't pressure me to retain him right away, he encouraged me to think about it and get back to him. Although in trial with other clients while fighting my case, Mr. Troum and his staff never made me feel rushed. They always took the time to talk me though everything and made sure I understood. He and his staff were also very conscious of expenses and made sure that they did everything they could to make sure that my money was not wasted. They even gave me a paper on who to call/email so I could save money. Although I hope to never need his services again, if I do need legal advice, or to hire a lawyer, Mr. Troum will always be the first person I call. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and very straight forward!
