I have worked with NorthStar for about 10 years and they are amazing! Jennifer gets the job done. She really does her research and finds the best firms to work with. She puts you first and does an amazing job at finding the perfect fit. Because she does her research, she is very honest and gives you all the highs/lows before sending you to a firm. I highly recommend her and NorthStar to anyone who is looking to be placed in the legal field.

My experience with North Star Legal was great. Jennifer has many quality connections in the legal services field and will work hard to place you in a timely fashion. Northstar Legal made my recent job search wonderful, easy and fast. Jennifer listened to me about what I was looking for, she advised me on formatting my resume for today's standards and was in constant communication with me during my interview and hiring process. Jennifer was so encouraging and she really knows her law firms and finds the best match! She's very accessible and a genuinely nice person to help you find your next position.

Jennifer works hard to screen the candidates. She hustles to send me temps on short notice when needed. Also, she only sends me candidates that will actually fit the position, as opposed to emailing me resumes to review that don't fit the scope. Most agencies do not have this work ethic.

Jennifer is one of a kind! She takes the time to learn about her applicants, employers, and the open positions. I believe this allows her to consider the applicants' education and experience as well as the temperaments of those involved to provide excellent pairings of applicants to jobs and firms. First off - Jennifer is AMAZING! When I found out I was losing my job, she got right to work. With her amazing contacts, awesome personality and great reputation, I had a job offer 3 days later! She's very attentive and truly cares. After answering some initial questions to get a sense of my skills and personality, I just felt really comfortable being in her capable hands. She also helped me spruce up my resume, which is an added plus because of her years of experience knowing what law firms want to see. Going with a recruiter can be very fortunate, since they usually know in advance of positions opening up and are able to push your resume through to the top. I was getting nowhere with Indeed and other job sites that receive so many resumes a day. I highly suggest using this company if you need help finding a great fit. When I told some of my co-workers what happened, their first response was - "Call Jennifer at NorthStar. She's awesome!" By then I was already in contact with her, so it was great to hear how others perceived her too. Although I'm speaking on the employee side, I also want employers to know they should be contacting this company, too! If you want good candidates working for you, she'll make it happen (at a reasonable cost too)! :)
