Sherry gave me excellent advice in dealing with my son's misdemeanor charge for underage drinking. The officer told him he only needed to pay a fine, but Sherry rightfully advised that if he did do, he would be pleading guilty to a misdemeanor conviction and would have to disclose it on job applications. We were able to obtain a deferred prosecution and avoid any significant penalty. Sherry was generous with her time and gave us her personal attention.
