Doesn't matter if its the Marco Island office or the Naples office. I guess it depends on what employees they have at the time doing their closings. For the past years, its like pulling teeth. I would suggest looking into other closing companies or have an actual licensed lawyer do your closing.

First Title & Abstract is affiliated with Collier County's oldest and most prestigious law firm --- Woodward, Pires & Lombardo. I've worked with both First Title offices on Marco Island (Beth) and Naples (Debra), and you won't find friendlier, more capable title professionals anywhere in town. Definitely my FIRST choice for real estate closings!
