Kathy Smeltz, most recently walked us through the quagmire that is involved in long term care planning. Her expertise and experience prevented us from making some very costly mistakes. She has been available every single day by email or phone. She actually took my mom to complete paper work. Thank you for your patience and kindness and always going above and beyond. Amy Van Fossen worked with us on some power of attorneys, but she also told us to call if things changed, which I did, not even knowing what help was out there. We sat in on a free virtual seminar with Katie Stolz and found out about the VA programs Dad was eligible for. We never would have known. The phone at the office is always answered. These attorneys are top notch and specialized and their fees (which are very affordable), you will make back with the careful planning they will guide you through.
