Dan Newlins office only settle car accidents or major accidents. If u had a slip and fall at work find an attorney that handles strictly slip and falls. This company does not. If they can't win a case they aren't very good with communication and letting you know that . They leave you wondering what's going on. If I ever need another attorney I won't go with this company. Two attorneys I won't use is Morgan and Morgan and this one..

I met Rick as a college freshman. He took me fishing and gave me some sound life advice that always stuck with me. The Dan Newlin ads you see ( "I got 400,000") are people hit by commercial vehicles, trucks, etc. If you are a safe driver and have the normal insurance policy (25,000-50,000) and are seriously injured you're out of luck unless the person hitting you has a million-dollar policy, you will stay injured. My back is herniated from C-3 down and I got 12,000 after being hit from behind by a woman doing 40 mph while texting. I was waiting at a light. I live with the pain every day. BTW, You are NOT in good hands with Allstate. Make sure your doctor makes a note about your injuries or you will lose your PIP. Many doctors do not want to get involved with DMV lawsuits. Use any attorney because they are all the same! They won't spend the money to go to trial if they can't collect.

I got into a car accident back in December of 2023. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Kelli Weinkauf and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions and helped me with any issues that I had! She and the entire team were amazing! I would highly recommend Dan Newlin to anyone who gets into an accident.
