Dustin Smith, Kassandra and Dan Newlin are a dream team. I'm an old school cynic when it comes to personal injury attorneys. Never needed one, dealt with a few as a LEO (unimpressed was the general feeling). But then September 2024 happened. 2 attorneys and a whole bunch of aggravation later I called Dan's office in Melbourne as a last resort. They were kind, supportive, understanding and patient, even though I wasn't the million dollar poster child and would never be that case for them. All three were exceptional at their jobs and what they said they would do, they did beautifully each and every time.
