Rick is a fantastic lawyer and human being. I was not a client but a witness for one of his clients. It was my first time dealing with the justice system and I had no idea what the process was or what to expect. He took great care to help me and gave me all the tools I needed to be a good defense witness. His client was very happy with his work too , as she walked out of jail later that day. If I ever need a criminal defense attorney, he will be the only one I call.

We made a appointment for the investigator. Came out the next day. Asked me some information, took pictures of car. A week later Dustin Smith contacted me.
