I called San Newlin and associates after I was struck from behind by a driver that was texting and driving. An assistant came to my house to take my Information. That is the only person I ever seen. I never saw or met with an attorney until the case was settled. Their service was absolutely horrible. Newlin Law charged me 6,700 dollars and gave me only 9,000 dollars. I definitely would never recommend anyone ever use them or any large firm that uses the assembly line tactics to shuffle clients through without ever even seeing the client. Newlin and Associates was a totally horrible decision. If you want to actually see your attorney don't hire this law firm. After I wrote this review Dan Newlin contacted me personally and I explained why I wrote the review. Next his partner Jason contacted me by phone and talked about what had transpired during my case. I1 was assured that this was not how Dan treated his clients and Jason assured me that he would personally meet with me and make sure that my concerns would be handled. My hats off to Dan and Jason they have shown me that there are lawyers who actually do what they say. Thank you Dan and Jason if I ever am in need of an attorney again I will definitely reach out to you. Thank you both again.

Dan Newlin and his team are absolutely amazing! While working specifically with Lance they were always available to answer my questions and to make sure I was taken care of after my accident. Not only did they get me the maximum amount of money for my claim but led me to find excellent treatment for my injuries. If you need a lawyer after an accident go with these guys. I went to one of Dan Newlins Christmas parties it was amazing to see how much he donated to many families and how great he takes care of his clients, friends, family and employees. There was one thing he did for one family in particular that really stood out though. He did home construction for this family so their sons wheelchair was accessible. That’s not all he did though later he helped this same family get a minivan that was accessible for their son as well!! Talk about a stand up guy with a big heart!
