I was hit from behind From a from a careless driver at approximately 25 to 30 miles an hour , Yes just like The commercials on TV, Both myself and the careless driver had insurance but according toMr.Newlin Tough luck not the right insurance on both drivers. So now I have a serious hip and neck injury, had to pay half the hospital billOut of my own pocket, had to pay for part of the repair for my vehicle,and lost my ability to do my job that I’ve done for over 40 years With tens of thousands of dollars of missed wages. But then only to make it worse received a phone call from Dan Newlin office stating your insurance policy coverage ran out and do you want to start paying out of pocket or not. I was flabbergasted and was upset and stated of course I can’t. Then after that conversation I didn’t hear back from their office for almost 2 years and then I only heard back when I called them very upset and stated I can hardly walk because of my hip injury and they’re telling me there’s nothing they can do. Also if you wonder how serious it is to be Hit from behind at 30 miles an hour it is serious the other vehicle was totaled. And from what I’ve found out I’m not the only one but yet they don’t seem to show up in the reviews. ADDITIONAL REVIEW!!! I am adding to this review because since I wrote it Dan Newlin has stepped up and made great Progress on my Case.They have dug a little deeper and re-searched my Case apologized and Immediately looked into it. In the short amount of time I have seen multiple doctors and On on June 17 had hip replacement surgery!! I have to say I did not believe what they were saying that they could do but Jason The Miracle Worker with Their firm is the one that did it all. He gave me his word On what he would do and he Came through 100%! So now we are moving forward with the injury claim can’t say enough about the attorney with his firm Jason whoStuck it out and got it done so quickly!
