Dan Newlin is definitely recommended for anyone that has been in an auto accident. Attorney Dustin Smith is awesome! He was always a step ahead and on top on everything throughout my claim even when I wasn’t so sure on things. He went above and beyond for my family and I. 5 stars just doesn’t quite justify a rating on the care, compassion and service I received from Tom with Dan Newlin’s Lake Mary office. He was not only my auto accident attorney once but twice and he handled both cases so diligently. Any questions I had, he answered and responded in a timely matter. He made me feel at ease in every step of the process. If you are looking for an attorney, Tom Sherrod is most definitely the one!

First car accident I chose to persue legal action for, and had a very poor experience with Mogan and Morgan at first. Went in to talk to Lance Weber who sat down and thoroughly explained the transfer of my case to them, and how the proccess proceeds. He was able to deal with my difficult schedule, and intermittent communication, yet still do a fantastic job through the time.
