I have lived in Brevard County for many years, so, I have had to retain an attorney before Jeff. I must say I wish I had Jeff as my attorney previously. When I 1st spoke with Jeff many months ago, he spent an enormous amount of time on the 1st phone consultation detailing some scenarios that could happen. I was shocked that he would do this for me. When I decided to retain Jeff, he was upfront on possible outcomes, and fees. I guarantee you can't retain an Attorney anywhere in the country that competes with Jeff's experience and expertise in divorce matters, not to mention the affordable cost. Jeff is thorough and very responsive. You send him an e-mail or make a phone call and he RESPONDS. I was very pleased with the outcome and Thanks to Jeff's understanding of me wanting my divorce to end as soon as possible, he allowed me to enjoy a beautiful Christmas present of being SINGLE. I sustained injuries in an accident due to the negligence of someone else. Andrew Pickett was my personal injury attorney. He and his paralegals, Vonda Vassar and Tina Johnson clearly deserve 5 Stars. Andrew immediately explained the details of my insurance policy and was my advocate with the insurance company to ensure that I received just compensation. Andrew is quite possibly the best attorney I have had the pleasure of meeting. I have known Andrew for almost 8 years now, all of which he was my counsel of record representing me in my personal injury case. I would like to take this moment to thank Attorney Andrew Pickett for his assistance. Mr. Pickett took on a case for me that I do not think that anyone had experience with in the State of Florida. He researched and learned the law, prepared my case like he knew the law for years and basically just overwhelmed the Defendants with his knowledge. The case was initially denied but Andrew pushed forward with it and we won the case in my favor. I cannot thank him enough for all the hard work he did for me and for all of his help through all of this.

He assessed my situation, and assured me that he could and wanted to represent me. As I progressed from hospital to rehab, he stayed in touch with me. He very promptly gave me information on which doctors to use, and how to work with the doctors and caregivers to get the best result. I was surprised to find out that my family doctor could not follow me through this rehabilitation process. It turns out that most family doctors are not equipped to handle insurance claim situations, and my injuries necessitated multiple insurance claims. Andrew has personal connections with many of the physicians and facilities that help people in my situation. In some cases, he was able to speak to my caregivers before I even met them, making my interaction with them much easier. He was so instrumental and knowledgeable about my healing, that sometimes I would call him for advice before I called the doctor or caregiver. He has always been available by phone, text, or email. His staff is equally accessible. He followed through wonderfully with presenting my case, when necessary, and I am very happy with the settlement that we got. His caring attitude, diligence, availability, and knowledge were instrumental in my healing from this terrible accident.
