Great attorney!! Personable and very knowledgeable in pi law.

I was referred to Attorney Amanda Smith by another attorney, however it always took her ages to get back to me (9 days to respond to an email)! When I called the office she always managed to "step out" right as I was calling. Do not hire her! My situation was urgent so I had to hire someone else. Thankfully it was a win-win for me as the retainer at this new law firm was less than half the price of this firm AND the response time is now same day.

Sent non-productive, anger-inducing letter in response to our community standing up against the removal of a scrub jay nature preserve to develop a gas station at the entrance of our neighborhood. Discussing 'their effort, time and expense' in quietly removing wildlife preserve and developing commercially without any consideration to the 'effort, time and expense' every homeowner has put into protect and preserve our single largest lifetime investment, our homes. Philip Nohrr's actions have only elevated the friction between the communities and developer.
