Thank you, Kim.  There are not many 'out there' with the combination of intelectual and integrity, such as yours. It's always easy for people to write a letter when complaining about someone's performance, but we tend to not always do the same when someone continuously performs above expectations. I'm sorry I haven't posted a review earlier. I'm 2 years late.. But either way I know that God must have Sent you to help me from the very beginning when you first got involved and now you have continued to provide guidance, patience, integrity, and professionalism throughout and after the final divorce hearing. Excellent professional work.

Due to the passing of my life's love, I asked Kim to undo a trust and change my end-of-life documents to name living people, other relatives, etc. Kim did all without breaking a sweat. She patiently spent much time explaining things I didn't know or understand. She properly arranged things I hadn't thought about or didn't know. I now have new documents naming new people, and my affairs are again in a new order that I chose, and in a manner that should carry out my wishes while enduring any unexpected challenge. Thank you, Kim, for restoring my peace of mind.

Kimberli was very thorough with the consultation, I had so many questions that were very specific and she answered them amazingly. Which led me to hiring her as my lawyer. She made me feel like I wasn't just another client, like she wasn't just doing it for the money. She was very caring and thoughtful during the entire process of my case. Working with Kimberli was an incredible experience from beginning to end. She was insanely easy to communicate with and was almost instantaneous with her reply. She took time to explain everything, let us process for a day or two and then would go over everything again to ensure we understood. The best part of the experience was her ability to just be honest and straight to the point while also being kind and making sure she really heard what we had to say. I never felt rushed or that my opinion or thoughts weren't important in the conversation.

I went to the office in person yesterday morning in hopes that Trader Legal could help me with my issue. I was informed to make an appointment, which I did. I was fortunate to get an appointment for later that afternoon. Upon arrival, I was asked to complete a form. Upon completing the form, I am told I would need to pay a $150 consulting fee up front. I was frustrated because I had not been informed of the fee earlier and posted this review with only 1 star as I felt it was very inconsiderate. Well...first thing this morning, I received a call from the attorney apologizing for the mis-communication. He was sincere and empathetic to my frustration. He then took 20 minutes of HIS TIME to fully discuss my issue and provide me with clear, concise direction on how to properly resolve it. It was a very enlightening and encouraging conversation. The effort he made to ease my frustration...along with the concern on how to resolve my issue... has earned my respect...and foremost, my business!
