He took the time to listen to my specific needs and helped me work through the process. He and his assistant Victoria were so easy to correspond with, and I am so glad I chose him to represent me.

I am aware that it took an extra effort on your parts, and it is appreciated. Yeah, I know, that is your “job” but I know that often you put that extra push and effort to get something done for some dweeb who has X, Y, and/or Z reasons to get something HE wants done.
