GREAT GREAT GREAT Law firm!!! Do not look any further for you legal needs!! I went to several attorney offices before meeting with attorney Malek, and I have to say he was the most knowledgeable, was able to help meet my deadlines and guide me through every step of the process in an easy to understand manner! After dealing with many other attorneys, I think these guys have been the most helpful hands down!

My husband and I had a very difficult legal situation with a County Code property violation that had progressed to the stage where we were on the brink of having our property foreclosed on. My husband had been gravely ill and I had been unaware of the situation till a late stage. We hired Nathan and he sifted through a complex set of facts and presented a compelling case on our behalf at a County Appeal Hearing. At the Appeal hearing we were the ONLY case where the Magistrate granted us the requested time extension and as a result we are able to address the Code violations working with County Code Enforcement in a way that we can manage and afford, and we will be able to keep our home. Nathan was an outstanding representative, who REALLY cares, is excellent in terms of knowledge of the system, and provided exceptional legal counsel to prepare for the Hearing thoroughly and truthfully, providing invaluable expertise and compassion throughout, which is exceptionally rare. We would unequivocally recommend Walter Nathanael Meloon to anyone requiring legal representation within the scope of real estate with 100% certainty that he will deliver outstanding results.
