Mr Jacoby was very Clear an detailed about the service he would provide for us and was exactly what we requested. We were assigned to his assistant Alexia who was a tremendous help she was always available to help us with questions she was very organized and did a through job for us. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this firm

Mr. Jacoby took his time (over 2 Hours) to cover every detail of my husbands challenges. He answered every question honestly and professionally. He put a complete program together for us to aid in getting my husband taken care of. His employees were and continue to be very caring and helpful. If possible I would add a plus to the 5 stars.

I would like to start by saying several months ago I was in a hopeless situation with my step dad. The medical bills were pilling up and the bank account was running dry. It was then that I was referred to Mr. Jacoby and his law office for assistance. I knew that everything that needed to be done was way beyond what I was capable of doing myself. I needed someone with experience and most of all a plan of execution to get our family to a point where we didn't go broke with the mounting medical expenses. No words can explain how satisfied our family is now or have been with the care and effort we have received form Mr. Jacoby and his hard working staff. I would highly recomend his law office over any other when it comes to the matters of elderly care.

The experience at David Jacoby’s law office was outstanding for me and all of the family members to whom he provided service. We originally visited his office to work out a Medicaid issue for my grandmother. After such a positive experience, my mother, my siblings, and I have all utilized his services. David Jacoby has breadth and depth of experience, which results in an incredible knowledge of the law, finances, and all associated issues. Moreover, he took the time to understand our individual situation and guide us through the best course of action for our specific situation. Ironically, the best course of action was not what we preconceived. David Jacoby showed us a better process which was more financially sound. In addition, the staff at David Jacoby’s office are equally outstanding. I worked closely with Paul Withrow, his office administrator. Mr. Withrow also took the time with me before I signed and executed the documents to ensure I understood each aspect of each document, and he provided guidance to the portions where I needed assistance. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Without reservation, I give my highest recommendation to David Jacoby and his team.

I would highly recommend Mr. Jacoby and his entire team. My father entrusted his and my mother's elder care and family trust legal matters with Mr. Jacoby years ago and it was an excellent decision. Mr. Jacoby was there for us as a family during the years between both of my parents passing and then again to navigate the distribution of assets. Mr. Jacoby did an excellent job advising the trust executor and his staff provided quick support whenever needed.

Not only has David given me the information I need, he takes the time to make sure I understand it. David has flawlessly handled all of my Father's ongoing medicaid situations. During these anxiety producing times David remains the calm in the storm. If you are trying to care for a loved one and feel as though you are in over your head I absolutely recommend that you call him.

When we needed a place to turn to, Mr Jacoby and staff came thru for us and helped lead us on the path of Medicaid/Medicare & all the officials that go with it. Can't thank them enough!

Mr. David Jacoby is an excellent attorney. He was prompt and on top of things. Mr. Jacoby and his team made sure they walked me through the process and made it easier for me to deal with getting legal guardianship of my father because of his terrible stroke.
