I visited MA this past week on an employment matter. [Fees were clearly noted prior to the consult] His questions were focused and correctly directed me to issues of which I was unaware, but now am. He was warm, helpful, professional, courteous and direct. I couldn't have asked for anything more. While my meeting was a consult, I expect to retain him as my issue unfolds.

I reached out to Maurice with an international employment issue where my company wasn't honoring their verbal contracts with me or providing me with legality in the country I was working in. Maurice truly Helped guide me through the process to get the best possible outcome and to understand the law as well as my ability within the legal framework. I began working with Maurice Arcadier over 10 years ago, and he provided exceptional business support for our employee policies. With his advice we were able to reduce our Workman's Compensation exposure (return to work program) and be able to offer comprehensive and fair employment policies with our complete employee manual. Our company does a lot of DOD Project work for prime contractors and for the Military branches. On many occasions Mr. Arcadier and his team reviewed new contracts and helped us with advice in order to avoid bad business deals. I don't know if they ever sleep! Many times their response on a contract review was overnight! Mr. Arcadier has also provided us support on ITAR and Export Law. His team's knowledge in the area of ITAR Law is quite extensive, and I believe he is one of the leading law firms in Florida providing support for ITAR & EAR Law / Regulations. They are competent, fair, easy to work with and have a detailed knowledge and experience with Florida and Federal law. Their reputation here in Brevard County is very high, and we recommend them highly. In my humble opinion, they are the best law firm in Florida!

I spoke to him a couple of years ago about a work related problem and he was professional, understanding and compassionate. He even kept answering questions I would send him a couple of months after our consultation! I respect that very much! When you call his office you tell his paralegal your case and she tells you yes you have a case, makes you an appointment and then you come in for your appointment to pay $150/hr to meet with the attorney and be told you have no case when they knew what you were coming in for to begin with. We then find out it is his daughter who is his paralegal that speaks with you and schedules the appointments. BEWARE!!!!!!
