After two years of going through three public defenders, it was obvious my brother wasn’t going to get the impassioned, quality, professional, and most importantly… Effective defense he needed. There was no money and it looked like my brother was going to spend the rest of his life in prison. Mr. Szachacz and his partners agreed to defend my grandson who was facing egregious charges. Mr. Szachacz guided my grandson, his mother and his grandparents through the process. As a result of his and his partner's efforts, my grandson was released on probation with very stiff stipulations.
