This firm is also known as the dream team. When I retained them, it gave me hope. I never expected to have THREE attorneys on my side. As time passed, my sense of hope became stronger. This guy took my $10,000, my innocence and my case and sunk it down the toilet. A complete tool of the state. Video evidence exonerated me but I didn't see it until after he convinced me to take a plea deal. Matter of fact, at the courthouse the day of my appearance, he didn't even recognize me until I told him my name...this was after TWO consultations. Complete waste of time, money and faith in the judicial system. This former prosecutor surely didn't help me.

Don't waste your money if you are on a federal case. Buy the book "Busted by the Feds" before you hire an attorney. This firm is not worth the fees they charge.

Funk, Szachacz, & Diamond are phenomenal attorneys. They are BOARD CERTIFIED which most people do not research and understand the importance of being board certified. You would want a board certified physician saving your life so you should want a board certified attorney saving your life!! .
