Mr Colombo worked relentlessly to win our cases both against crooked banks such as Bank America and Wells Fargo as well as a fraudulent property manager. Joe Columbo and his team were a great choice 12 years ago when we went into foreclosure. We never wanted to lose our home. We tried so many times to refinance but the bank would do nothing. We were told to stop paying our mortgage to qualify for grants and we did that hesitantly. We never got the grants and the bank never helped us. Columbo walked us through the entire process and helped us so much! So glad he helped us!

I hired Joe when I was dealing with a difficult bank loan and facing potential for foreclosure. Joe was absolutely amazing -- genuinely compassionate but most importantly --he was a highly skilled advocate who literally (and persuasively) turned things around through leading edge arguments that made all the difference. When I called Joe's office needing help with my case he responded quickly. I was very thankful because we were being sued and I was kind of in a panic. He listened to the whole situation and answered our questions in a confident, reassuring manner. I didn't have to just take him at his word. he referenced specifics about our situation that were genuine and relevant. As time passed, the case lasted 3 years, he gave advice and although he may not have gotten back to me every time I called or emailed his paralegal did. I really appreciated the work and thought his fee was more than fair. I'd recommend him and or hire him again if needed.
