We needed a lawyer in an emergency guardianship situation for my father. He was at the point of being evicted and homeless within a 3 month period of not being able to make proper decisions and manage his bills. My dad couldn’t see this either do to his condition. We had to act fast Cheryl was the best. She was very aggressive with our case and understood the gravity of the situation. We had some setbacks along the way and Cheryl kept us going. She believed we could win and we did. I truly believe that we found her for a reason and I can say my dad is now safe still alive taking his medications and is surrounded by family.
