Chris represented us in a tenant vs landlord scenario and we cannot say enough positive things about him. I have been a business owner in Brevard for over 10 years and I have had several attorneys represent me. Chris is hands down the best I have ever hired. Do not use this lawyer, he is only out for the money he represents CROOKS! Puts families out on the street and not to mention how much he cost a poor homeowners that the CROOKS work for. Shame on you, Dennis Fairbanks should in jail.

Is not trusworthy..When asked a simple question, will lie to you, anything to get himself away from the situation and you the client that is paying him? Does not do anything in timely manner. One of the worst attorney's and I use that term lightly, I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.

Horrible lawyer who couldn't care less about his clients! I had a fairly easy to win case and with his lack of any effort, I was thrown to the wolves. He never called me or advised ever. I got the maximum possible sentence. My life will never be the same. Don't hire him if you ever want a normal life again!!!
