During a difficult time, Attorney Crowder and his staff (in particular Ann) were there for me. Their patience explains the process and helping me through each step helped make this bearable. Absolutely recommend.

They offered services, gave costs and how the process would proceed then completely went silent! I had a consult with Mr Faro and at the end of the call he said he’d email a retainer contract and invoice that afternoon. I agreed to all of the costs and the process he recommended, then he never followed through. Completely went dark. I called the office 3 times and sent an email over the course of the next 7 days. No response, no explanation, no recommendation for another firm (I’m assuming this is why he never got back to me because he thought my case was too small for him). He made it seem like he had a good grasp on what I needed to do, then never followed through for me. So disappointing and unprofessional. I wasted 7 days, which according to him time was of the extreme essence, waiting to see if he would call or send the email. Bad business.

If anyone ever gave these guys a bad review there idiots I have never seen a law firm care so much they have helped me at one one of the worst periods I ever had in my life they are awesome they really care!!!!!

I used John Moore's Office for my uncontested divorce. I told John exactly what we agreed upon, and had the paperwork draft back to me with 24 hours. John was able to quickly and accurately answer all my questions! John was so thorough on the paperwork that after signing and filing the paperwork on Monday, by Thursday the judge had signed my divorce final order that John was amazing enough to file with the divorce papers! I am so lucky I ended up going with John in my car accident! I initially signed up with a different firm however I became annoyed that I’d never hear back from them about anything and felt alone, so I called around and after talking to him and being so surprised by all the certifications and degrees lining his wall, I felt comfortable leaving the big firm I hired. His paralegal, Kristy was beyond helpful, patient and understanding during the whole process. She would even respond on evenings and weekends which was huge for me after not getting responses for days or weeks. John did not disappoint to put it mildly. I was willing to settle for much less than I did but he stood up for me and got me twice as much as I was expecting. They got my property damage resolved whereas the big firm told me to work with the adjuster myself and I’m so grateful they did because I couldn’t stay on hold another minute with the insurance company. John walked me through the entire process and really helped my anxiety with it all. I would absolutely use him for personal injury or automobile accident again but hope I don’t have to, however if I did I would never use a big law firm after my experience with him.
