Mark was used by a couple of family members. He is honest, straight shooting and fights for his clients. He is also an advocate and helps people in our community. An all around great guy!

Mark helped me get my CASE DISMISSED!! I am extremely grateful and glad he was willingly to fight for my case to be dismissed. He made sure to remind me personally in days advanced notice when my court hearings would be and made sure I was always updated on my case. Mark treated my case as if it was his own and fought hard for my freedom. Couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARK GERMAIN !!

Mark was very helpful with the help he gave to take care of some legal paperwork issues I had from a case I had several years back. Even though he was slammed with court and other more important issues he had on his plate he still made sure to take the time to get what I needed to get my issue resolved in a timely manner. If anything were to arise where I need an attorney in the future he would be my first call. Mark Germain helped me get out of ALOT of potential trouble that I got into as a teen. Its amazing how much a big mistake as a minor could impact you as an adult. He listened to my concerns and he negotiated in an extremely detailed manner with prosecution. He is an amazing attorney and to this day I tell people to keep his number in their wallet- because someday they might need it. I see so many mugshots of young kids in their teens and twenties in brevard county - young people make mistakes and this is the guy you want representing them if mistakes were made!
