Charles/Chuck Dorfman seems knowledgeable, but he's NOT cheap, He required a $6,500.00 retainer from a stay-at-home Mom whose cheap husband never lets me see a dime of money. If you don't have an endless supply of cash at the ready, then find another attorney.

If you read no further, please know that our claim was successfully concluded. This was our first experience with Mr. Charpentier but in case we are in need of a Florida attorney in the future, we are keeping his number in our speed dial. Seeking legal advice about circumstances resulting in the death of our mother, we had been shuttled from one attorney to another because none of them would be honest enough with us to advise that our initial issue was without merit. Mr. Charpentier cut right to the chase about the questions we had and took the time to explain why litigation would not be advised. During the course of that initial conversation he did note an issue of interest regarding an accidental death insurance policy. We discussed that issue & agreed to pursue that matter further. Mr. Charpentier and his staff fulfilled everything we have come to expect from legal advisors and more. They were professional and courteous at all times. Our questions were answered promptly and clearly and we were updated on status along the way by conference calls, emails and US mail.
