She was meticulous in her investigation into both mine and my ex’s houses and living conditions. Mrs. Severance was able to uncover hidden details my ex was deliberately withholding from me also. Mike was able to get my DUI reduced to a reckless. Saving me from having a DUI on my record. MIke and his team is a great asset to have on your side. I got a DUI in May 2024 and it was my 3rd and Mike Braxton got it reduced to a reckless and I even won my DMV hearing and I kept my drivers license after my 2nd refusal which is normally an automatic 18 month suspension. Then 4 days before pleading to the reckless I got another one (my 4th) and he somehow managed to keep the reckless plea in place and performed a miracle. There is no DUI attorney better in the state of Florida. Do not waste your time or money with any other attorneys if you have a DUI or multiple DUIs there is no one better as that's all he does is DUI's and all my previous attorneys previously just took my money and promised the world and once they received my money they said they couldn't do anything as all the others practice all kinds of other type law and do not understand DUI's like Mike and his partner do. He may not be the cheapest and he isn't the most expensive in Florida (but he should be) but he is worth every penny. I only wish I found this law firm when I got my first one!

I'll admit, when I was first brought in for a DUI, I was scared and upset because I had just started a new job a few months prior. A job I was so happy to get, and this really had me worried as anything. I googled plenty of lawyers and these guys stood out to me based off of other reviews.
