I hired Ms. Mostert after having been poorly represented by another attorney. It seemed my divorce would never be finalized and my children would forever be lost to me. I am thrilled to report that I am finally divorced and I even received 50/50 time sharing which was more than I had even asked for. Ms. Mostert was wonderful in court and her staff kept me posted. I am very grateful.

Ms. Mostert was my lawyer for a very, long, hard divorce. She did resolve it to my benefit, but made it clear to me that I had a part to play in my own case. I hired Jennifer Mostert as my family law attorney. My case was complicated due to my actions and jail time I had faced, However Jennifer was able to give me my visitation rights back to my child and was amazing throughout my case. Her staff was always in contact with me and updating me fluently. There wasn't a time through my case I was never notified of a plan of action or updated with a status. I hired Ms. Mostert for a DUI arrest with special circumstances. As a former prosecuter, now a defense lawyer; she is very knowledgeable. She worked with my family on a criminal and family law matter. Watching her in court was unbelievable, she was fantastic. Jennifer represented my son who was charged with a felony. She kept us informed during the entire process, and reported to us on his condition while he was incarcerated.
