She has been very helpful regarding my divorce and child custody case.

Couldn't ask for a better attorney! I had been to court twice for custody and child support issues with my ex but got no where. Upon our first meeting she was very thorough with her questions to make sure the fully understood the situation before coming up with a plan. She was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. When we went to court she didn't let my ex get away with any of his usual games and called him out on his lies multiple times which led to a favorable decision by the judge on my part. I would hire Ashley again and highly recommend others to do so as well.

Mike was awesome and kept me informed throughout. My 2nd dui was dismissed and he argued motion to exclude all evidence and the judge granted motion about the firm. I highly recommend him!

This lawyer lied & gossipped to other lawyers to prevent a friend of mine from being represented. She's money hungry & has been reported to the bar. She doesn't accept credit or debit card & doesn't want to give you receipts because she likes to say she didn't charge you when in fact she did. She will also claim a case is more difficult than it actually is. Look elsewhere.

I was arrested for charges of DUI. Although I provided a breath test, Mr. Braxton and his team were able to get the charges dropped. Mr. Braxton kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and kept me up to date every step of the way. Although this was an extremely stressful and scary ordeal to go through, the entire team at Parks & Braxton maintained an extreme amount of professionalism and we got the results we wanted. I can't say enough great things and I STRONGLY recommend you choose Parks & Braxton if you're ever in need of a DUI attorney!

I was wrongfully charged with a DUI. The prosecutor's initial offer was 120 days jail time, 5 year license suspension and 1 year NO hardship license. I decided to go to trial. Prior to trial commencing they were willing to drop the jail time and  the NO hardship clause but would not agree to a reckless. After the first day of cross examination of the arresting officer, the prosecutor was more than enthusiastic to drop the jail time, the 5 year license suspension, the NO hardship clause, granted the reckless, and all of this even before the jury got to see the arresting video. Mike is a Pitt Bull as a trial attorney. You will not be disappointed if your case goes to trial.

After contacting Parks & Braxton, Michael was able to get my DL reinstated the very next business day (conditional). After much negotiation he was able to DUI reduced to reckless (not easy today). Other conditions of plea deal were greatly reduced. A fine, victim awareness class, and community service hours -- pretty awesome.

Miss. Mostert took the time to meet with me last minute. I am thankful to have met her. After leaving her office, I felt important, heard and well listened to, and that my future meant something to her and the law firm. For the 1st time in my family history ... my son ended up getting charged with DUI ... I of course had no idea what was involved. To say the least ... this was a worrisome situation.
