To the guy answering phones, cutting me off mid talking and transferring me when I already let you know I spoke to the person you transferred me to. You can act as nice as you want when called back and confronted. That was petty as hell and you wouldn’t be treating anyone in the office that way and dismiss them the way you did me. Hopefully management can fix this issue.
