they are horrible with the client, today we have to close the house with them and they are heavy. The receptionist has no education, with the person we had to discuss the papers, she just wanted our signature and that we left, she did not like us to have our children present, she never smiled or showed empathy. She left the office and once again simply sent another lady who have the same attitude. In general they are horrible. I never recommended this firm, don't lose the time and money.

After reaching out online I was called back quite quickly. However the attorney was out of the office on vacation and I was told he would be back on Monday. Come Wednesday I still did not have a call back so I reached out to the firm. No one could recall who I was. Finally got Gary back on the phone and he was quite short with me and told me once he (the atty) reviews it they will get back with me. Almost 2 full weeks since I Initially reaches out I gat a call that says we can’t take the case. I proceeded to ask the same question that I initially asked regarding a specific law and still have not gotten an answer. The phone calls I had with Gary were not helpful at all. I have already reached out to another attorney and hopefully will not get the same mundane responses.

My review is concerning BILL WIELAND, ESQ. and his performance of duty as my attorney. HE HAS BEEN MY ATTORNEY FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIS PERFORMANCE. I FOUND HIM TO BE PLEASANT AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HE ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS WITHIN A TIMELY MANNES AND GIVES ME ADVICE THAT ALLOWS ME TO MAKE DECISIONS CONCERNING MY ISSUES. HE SPEAKS TO ME PERSON TO PERSON, NOT LIKE AN ATTORNEY SPEAKING TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS NOTHING OR VERY LITTLE. THIS RESPECT MAKES IT VERY EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH HIM ON DIFFICULT LEGAL MATTERS. HIS APPROACH EVEN TOWARDS DIFFICULT MATTERS IS CALM AND WITHOUT UNEEDED STRESS OR PRESSURE ON ME AS HIS CLIENT. WHEN I NEEDED SOMETHING DONE OVERNIGHT AND IMMEDIATELY, BILL MADE IT HAPPEN. HE GOT THE PAPERWORK I NEEDED SIGNED BY THE JUDGE AND CIRCUIT COURT CLERK IN ONE DAY AND OVERNIGHTED IT TO ME IN WEST VIRGINIA THE SAME DAY. THIS SAVED ME VALUABLE TIME AND RESOURCES IN WEST VIRGINIA. THIS IS THE TYPE OF TEAMWORK EVERY CLIENT AND ATTORNEY SHOULD HAVE. I WILL CONTINUE TO UTILIZE BILL AND BOGIN, MUNNS & MUNNS IN MY FUTURE LEGAL MATTERS. IN FACT, IT IS MY DESIRE THAT, IF HE WOULD ACCEPT I WOULD HAVE HIM HANDLE MY TRUST & ESTATE IN THE EXCELLENT MANNER HE IS HANDLING MY MOTHER'S. Disappointed with the firm. I expected more for my $250. My issue was a real estate issue and not an accident issue. It seems like unless it's a slip and fall or auto accident no one wants to take your case. I have a real issue and was taken advantage of by real estate agents. I still cannot move in to the place I bought and a neighbor has blocked off the easements right of way. Even the mailman can't deliver the mail and the county refuses to fix the roads or get involved with removing the fence and gate blocking the easement. Now isn't that a kick in the head, that my case just wasn't worth their time.
