Hedman & Wooten in Jan 2023 to handle the probate process of my mothers home after she passed away in 2022. I didn’t have a clue what this process entailed nor what to expect. The team here was amazing throughout ea step of the way. Jason and the ladies (Andrea & Terry) were extremely helpful and kept me in the loop with every form and letter that had to be filed with the court system. They were responsive to my emails and provide superior service. This was a very difficult process for me personally but Jason Hedman and his team made it easier because I knew I was in good hands. During the closing process of selling my mothers home, the title company was very impressed with Jason Hedman and his team on how well they documented everything I would highly recommend Hedman & Wooten for needs that you may have that fall within their realm of legal service. Jason Hedman was referred to me as a very excellent probate lawyer by my retiring lawyer to help my family with my Mom's will after she died in 2020. He reviewed all worst case scenarios to help me make decisions and got us through the legal process efficiently, yet was very thorough with every detail. Attorney Jason Hedman was recommended to me by a friend to assist my 93 year old sister in creating a new will and related legal documents. Do not use Wooten. I spoke with him and he promised he would send a letter to represent me in a case that was very important to me and I waited and called and received nothing which cost me thousands because of him. I didn’t realize why he was giggling at the time but now I do. It’s not funny losing someone you love.
