Barbara Peters is the best. She is very soft spoken and tells you the truth. I have been in the courtroom with her for my divorce. Barbara will surprise you in front of the judge and with opposing counsel. I saw a different side of her. Barbara will speak to you alway if available when you call or she will call you back by the next day. Let me tell you, I was a difficult client to say the least. Barbara was very sweet and put up with me. I must apologize to her for my behavior. Divorce is a very upsetting and stressful time. Barbara came through for me. So thank you Barbara for all you have done for me.

Whenever you have to retain an attorney it's almost never a happy period in your life. Whether it may be criminal issues to family issues, Barbara Peters is the way to go. She represented myself about three years ago with family court issues and while being not only friendly but aggressive, I was able to receive equal time-sharing of my daughter. Recently I had to retain Barbara again for the same issues but about my son. Once again with all of her help and dedication, we walked out with the same results and I now have equal time-sharing with my son as well. Barbara is very professional, aggressive, and really cares about her clients, unlike some attorneys who just want your money. Barbara will even work with you on payment plans if necessary. Last but not least, Meshelle who works for Barbara in the office is absolutely amazing. Meshelle is very friendly, responds to emails quickly, and does a lot of the behind the scenes work. Mr. Kelley has gone above and beyond working from just a phone from out of state with few details to accompanying a relative to the ER in the same day. He has been professional, helpful and available. Thank you Mr. Kelley!!! I gladly recommend Mr. Kelley based on our experiences.

There are better attorneys out there. Is co-dependant on her legal assistant. Makes ridiculous excuses such as "I have other clients too." She will take your case, then when it is time to work for you, she goes MIA. Claims to be experienced...
