Stacie is an amazing help. I had been served so many papers ones that I didn’t even understand and when I called Stacie she made sure she got me right in. Not to mention I have a two year old son who I had to bring in with me, and she saw the amount of stress I was going through. She helped me understand every document page by page all while using her skills as a grandmother keeping my son entertained. My case was hard to get through and it’s not over but I come here to tell you please come to Professional paperwork’s. Was referred to Lindsay Sharpe, her partner by another attorney, and somehow got referred to this one. They immediately took a $5000 retainer from us, we had 2 phone conferences, and some e mail communication, the day of a hearing, she was not there 5 minutes before court. We called her office to make sure she was attending, they said "she is in the stairway". She walked up to my wife and daughter and asked, "are you looking for me?" They then proceeded to court, where she was grossly unprepared to the point the judge had to ask her several question she wasn't prepared for. She told the judge she had our TPR finished and yet it still has not been filed. After this unacceptable conduct, we decided to go elsewhere, they then informed us our retainer was "non refundable". I do not recommend her for anything whatsoever, she was really nice trying to get our $5000, then things changed. We are grandparents trying to keep our grandchildren out of a very bad situation, and she was absolutely NO HELP.
