I was interviewing a few attorneys for an insurance issues. I was impressed by his quick wit to respond to some complex questions and his very approachable candor. Daniel was capable of converting legal jargon into language that any layman could understand without being condescending. Most of the other attorneys that I interviewed seemed more interested in getting their contracts signed without even considering my needs or schedule, Dan was the most sincere and interested in laying out the best coarse of action for me and my family.

Daniel is honest and honorable. Although he did not always tell me what I wanted to hear, his advice and feedback were spot on. He kept my best interest in mind the entire time, and although he could have settled the case for less, he continued to fight for me. I would not have been able to obtain the results I achieved without Daniel, and I am lucky that he was on my side. There is no doubt that I would recommend him to family, friends, and associates. He is professional, articulate, hard working, and aggressive. He breaks the mold of your typical lawyer. Excellent experience.
