I have been in talks with De La Rosa Law firm for a few months regarding the dazn class action and everything has been smooth and professional so far. The thing that made me want to leave a review is the customer service...Earlier this week I reached out to them by email to get an update on the case. And I got a email in under 5 minutes!!!!!!!! 4 minutes to be exact. I couldn't believe it..... And it wasn't some automated b.s. reply saying they will get back to me another time, it was a actual detailed reply about the status of the case. Not even my "Family Lawyer" replied to my email that fast and so efficiently. I don't review often. If the service is bad or good I don't even bother to review, I only take the time to review if the service is HORRIBLE or GREAT, and that level of service was great so they earned this review 100%.

Hi my name is Donna Coleman, I happened to come by De la Rosa ad one day I decided to call!! I had called a couple of firms prior, which I did not feel comfortable with . Due to it just ask some questions on recorded line. When I called De la Rosa I talk to a live person , I was made very comfortable & like I mattered!!! I hired them!!! They have worked hard & delagently on my case. They have shared everything with me that goes on , also keeps me up to date on everything. They are an awesome team, firm. I was part of the Camp Lejeune water settlement after getting my information 8-1922 I have not heard from them concerning the settlement. Customer service is poor.
