I had a very disappointing experience with Morgan and Morgan. After my initial consultation, I was told they would take my case, and I signed the necessary paperwork. However, I did not hear back for over a week. I had to make multiple calls to track down someone from their maritime law team, only to be told that the lawyer who signed me should not have done so. This was extremely frustrating, as I was assured my case was being handled. When I contacted the lawyer who initially took my case, I was told by their secretary that there had been a misunderstanding and that my case was still moving forward. Unfortunately, the very next day, I received an email stating that they were officially dropping my case. What upset me most was the lack of transparency and professionalism throughout this process. My case involves serious injuries and significant challenges ahead, and I was hoping for a firm that could provide the support and expertise I need. Instead, I was left feeling abandoned during an incredibly stressful and vulnerable time. I expected more from a firm of their reputation and was deeply disappointed by how this was handled

Got a small-ish case? Look elsewhere. It's true they seem to be a litigation mill and only interested in the largest most lucrative cases. That's fine, but it belies their crafty marketing campaigns. Once you get past the initial call, if they're not interested communication is a C at best and then a paralegal or assistant sends you off to the state bar association to seek representation with no further navigation or instructions given. At least try to direct people who contact you to a legal specialty when you send them off or explain why their case doesn't appeal to you. Very few firms of this size can be bothered with the small cases - especially not Morgan & Morgan

The attorney I was assigned was 4 hours away and he waited a full 30 days to tell me they were dropping the case because the guy that ran me over didn't have a policy worth enough money for them.

Thank you Morgan and Morgan for representing me I know we will come out ahead. Insurance companies do not want to pay because they are thieves with a license to steal I believe my team of lawyers will break through that and come out ahead I have confidence in them thank you very much

I was involved in an auto accident where I was rear-ended while stopped in traffic. I suffered neck and back issues from it. It was a true nightmare having to deal with insurance companies, auto loans, and replacing my totaled vehicle. The one office I did not feel frustrated and exhausted with was this one. Melissa Patterer, Jasmine Carter, and the rest of her team were in my corner the whole way. They fought until I received the maximum amount possible to cover all my medical costs and future expenses. I spoke with Melissa and Jasmine on phone calls, through emails, at all times of day. They walked me through every process, answered all my questions, and listened to my concerns. They were wonderful to work with and although I never wish to be in this situation again, I highly recommend them to others.

If I had read the reviews before hiring this law firm, I would have never contracted them. They referred me to LAZZARIN, and after I shared my negative experience, they admitted they had no better alternatives to offer. The outcome felt like an insult. I even sent an email requesting reduced charges and fees, but they ignored my concerns despite my objections. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their advertising is impressive, but the reviews reflect the reality much better.

I contact Morgan and Morgan through their website and explained my case as they request in the website, they never reach back to me, not by email or by phone, they just can easy have writer to me and say you don't have a case or we just don't like you case, but no returned a message left me to thing their not as big as they advertized

so far so good my attorney is Melissa she is easy to reach and always gave me the updates still going on in case my case is still in litigation lets see whats happen at the ends

If 0 stars were possible, I’d definitely give this company that. Their communication is absolutely terrible, borderline nonexistent. My husband has been trying to get his settlement from them for months now. We’ve gotten so much runaround and misinformation regarding how much money he should be receiving, the turnaround and the method of payment. The latest news was it was suppose to come by check. Now the news is it was apparently delivered to this Miami location and only the case manager, ADRIAN, has access to pick it up and get it delivered to my husband. Apparently no one else can retrieve the check. And where is ADRIAN? No where to be found, that’s where. No response if you call him or email, just dead silence while we wait on critical funds. It’s a shame that the people you turned to for help end up being the people you need help from. We’re seriously considering getting a lawyer to see what we can do about the lack of professionalism, lies, emotional distress and basically theft that we’ve experienced at the hands of this company. If you’re thinking about using them, just know your case is going to be dragged out for months and when you finally have a settlement, your payment will be further dragged out while they dodge all your calls and don’t follow up with you. ADRIAN and company, DO BETTER!

It's a big group as long as you have a good communication with paralegal team.. the lawyer can represent the person very well with a good outcome but it comes at a high price more than 30% so please do the math on the BACKPAY they take alot from it

In the middle of my settlement, and unfortunately completely unsatisfied. Feels like I have expressed my concerns and no one cares, and feels like they are not putting sufficient effort in my case. Recommend going elsewhere. 👍🏽
