Like a lot of Probate cases, I had some unique factors that I was really unsure how to proceed. After calling several lawyers, I still wasn’t comfortable paying a retainer and moving forward. After the 1st conversation with Ms. Niebla, I finally found an exceptional lawyer who asked all the right questions and formulated an agreed upon strategy to get through the probate process. She continued to provide sound advice, recommended appraisal, reality and pest control experts and kept us well informed. Anytime I emailed or texted her, I received a response right away, I was also very happy with her fee, I don’t think I could’ve got such excellent quality of service for the price! She was very helpful when it came to dealing with my mom’s estate after her passing.
