My mom passed April 2019 at the time I had no idea what probate was and how they operated. A family member acted as my lawyer, which was the biggest mistake I have ever made. She was not responsive, I had to call her multiple time to get information. I missed the payment of the property taxes because of her. Fast forward to 2020, I was just at my last rope, I needed to have some action and resolution. It more than a year dealing with this mess. I prayed and asked God to please bring me an angel to help me through this mess. I went online to search for a probate lawyer. To be honest I cannot remember how I ended up finder Niebla Probate Firm. I called and she immediately knew what to do. I instantly hired her as my lawyer. Vivian was able to do in month what my other lawyer could not do in almost two years. In fact I was told that my should have been closed and there were a lot of clerical errors. My case is now closed I can now move on with my life. Vivian at Niebla was my angel. If you ever need a lawyer who cares, that is ultra responsive, who will not take advantage of you and cares like a human being should hire her. You will not be disappointed.
