I placed my trust on this attorney's firm with my need to open a Corporation and establish an Operating Agreement between my business partner and I. They by far exceeded my expectations. Juan Perez, attorney is diligent, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Mr. Perez made this difficult process so much smoother. Their staff has been very pleasant. I was unfortunate in that we didn't win my case. But this team of Attorney's (specifically Curtis who handled my case personally) are INCREDIBLE.
